FLEXISEAL

This is an acrylic based sealant developed in our laboratories
It also has excellent adhesive properties and is very elastomeric when set
Being acrylic based, it can be washed off with water before it polymerizesand this facilitates the rectificationof application errors or messy jobs. It can be smoothed witha wet finger or putty spatula
Lastly, once set it can be painted
Repair cracks in house wall, allow to dry and paint over
Use as a sealant around the bath and as a tile adhesive
Seal leaking gutters
Use in concrete expansion joints
Seal window frames or glazing
Patch up nail holes in walls
